How can I order on sites that do not accept Azerbaijan bank cards?

If your card is not accepted on the foreign site from which you want to make a purchase, we offer you our “Buy for me” service from Turkey and America. You can place a link to selected items by logging into the “Order up” section.

Trendyol asks for "Onay kodu" (confirmation code) when paying, but I don't get any code. What should I do?

When "Onay kodu" (confirmation code) is required, you need to go to the "Hesabım & Yardım" section then "Kayıtlı Kartlarım" in your Trendyol account and delete your card details."Onay kodu" (confirmation code) is not required if you re-execute the order after deleting the card details.

When will my order be delivered?

The estimated delivery time of parcels to Azerbaijan is 6 working days.
This period may vary depending on when you fill out the customs declaration on the website e.customs.gov.az , or in the Smart Customs app.

On the page "Tüm Siparişlerim" you can follow your order using the button "Kargom Nerede?".

Where will my order be delivered?

We have two different shipping methods: "Delivery to the address" and "Come and Get it". You can receive your parcels in accordance with the delivery method chosen by you when making an order.

When making orders that you want to receive at the address, you must select "Adrese teslim edilsin".

And for the parcels that you want to receive from the branch, you need to select the branch closest to you on the page "Gəl-al Noktasını Seç". When the packages are delivered, you will be able to easily and safely receive them from this branch.

“Buy for me” what is it and how to use it?

With the “Buy for me” service, you choose the product you want to order and we place the order for you.

You insert a link to the product you want to buy in the “Order up” section.
In the “Order up” section, you enter the product link, color, size, shipping cost and quantity, then you click the “Order up” button and pay for the order.
Please note that when ordering from Turkey through our “By for me” service, a 5% commission will be charged.

What is “Domestic Shipping to Turkey” and “Domestic Shipping to America”?

Delivery of your order from a website in any country to our warehouse in that country is carried out by courier companies of that country. These companies charge a certain amount for the delivery of your parcel. This amount is displayed on the websites where you ordered the goods. Some websites may offer free delivery within the country for purchases over a certain amount.

How can I fill out the customs declaration?

To complete the delivery of parcels sent to Azerbaijan, it is necessary to fill out a customs declaration on the website e.customs.gov.az or in the Smart Customs app.

How to fill out a customs declaration?

After your package arrives at the international warehouse, you must first declare it on the Demir Cargo website. After 15 minutes, the declaration will appear in the Smart Customs system, where you must also declare it. Each package can only be declared once. If you receive an error related to your FIN code, correct it in the "Settings" section. To expedite customs clearance, upload the invoice for your packages. This procedure is not required when ordering directly from Trendyol to Azerbaijan.

1. log in to the website e.customs.gov.az or in the Smart Customs app.

2.Simplified Declaration - Select the e-commerce section.

3.Select the appropriate declaration, make sure that you have filled in the necessary data correctly.

4.Make sure that the automatically filled in data about the parcel is correct.

5. Add the item or items available in the package.

6.Confirm the declaration. If you need to pay an additional fee, you can make the payment online.

Based on the customs legislation of Azerbaijan, the customs duty does not apply to purchases made abroad in the amount of up to 300$. If you exceed this limit, you will need to pay Customs duty for your order.

What is the customs limit and how is it calculated?

Individuals can import goods worth up to 300 USD within one calendar month without paying duties. This limit is updated monthly. If the value exceeds 300 USD, a tax of up to 36% is applied to the amount exceeding the limit. The limit includes both the value of the goods and the shipping cost.

What should I pay attention to when adding a delivery address?

Points you should pay attention to when adding address details for the order;

1-You can name the section "Adres başlığı" (address header) "Ev ünvanım"(my home address), "Iş ünvanım"(my work address).This feature will help you distinguish between the addresses you add.

2-Make sure that you have added the PIN code to the PIN code section accurately and correctly. This step is very important when filling out a customs declaration in the Smart Customs application.

3-When entering address information, only Turkish and English letters can be used.
